- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies across 5+ countries
- Optimize supply chain efficiency through data-driven decision making
- Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key partners
- Implement and maintain compliance with international trade regulations
- Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics operations
- Oversee budget allocation and cost reduction programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics management
- Proven expertise in international trade compliance and customs procedures
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in APAC region
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
