Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end logistics strategies for international shipments
- Manage inventory control systems and warehouse operations
- Optimize transportation networks for cost/time efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams including procurement and distribution
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance
- Collaborate with technology partners on logistics automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
- 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in international shipping regulations (Incoterms, WCO)
- Strong analytical skills with ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
