Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of warehousing, transportation, and inventory management systems
- Design and implement cost-effective logistics strategies using TMS/WMS platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain visibility and reduce lead times
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with freight carriers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Lead digital transformation projects in logistics automation and IoT integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven expertise in TMS/WMS implementation and optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics data analytics tools
- Deep understanding of SEA trade lanes and customs regulations
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
