Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Optimize distribution networks using advanced analytics and route optimization tools
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and cost reduction initiatives
- Develop and maintain key client relationships while negotiating service-level agreements
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and improve resource efficiency
- Manage annual budget of $15M+ and continuously identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain leadership
- Expertise in TMS/WMS systems and logistics analytics platforms
- Proven track record optimizing multi-regional distribution networks
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation required
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience implementing sustainability initiatives in logistics operations
