Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end transportation strategies optimizing cost, efficiency, and sustainability
- Manage a team of logistics specialists and coordinate cross-functional operations

- Negotiate contracts with carriers and vendors to secure favorable terms
- Oversee compliance with DOT regulations and industry standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in transportation/logistics management
- Proven expertise in TMS implementation and transportation analytics
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and freight industry standards
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) designation preferred
