Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions for 50+ clients across APAC
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and last-mile delivery networks
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Lead digital transformation projects implementing IoT and AI in logistics
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ logistics specialists
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and international trade laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in SAP SCM, Oracle Transportation Management, and WMS platforms
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15-20%
- Certification in CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent logistics credentials
- Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain modeling
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for APAC operations
