Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce costs while improving delivery times
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers
- Lead digital transformation initiatives by implementing logistics software and automation solutions
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop logistics team members through targeted training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in international freight forwarding and customs compliance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Professional certification in logistics (CSCP, CPLM, or SCPro) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making in high-pressure scenarios
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin advantageous for regional operations
