Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for multi-location distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory management
- Optimize logistics processes using WMS/TMS systems to reduce costs by 15%+ annually
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, freight spend) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
- Lead digital transformation projects for logistics automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven track record optimizing distribution networks and reducing logistics costs
- Expertise in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- CSCP or CLTD certification required
- Experience managing teams of 10+ professionals
- Deep knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance
