Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing cost, efficiency, and sustainability
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse automation, inventory control, and last-mile delivery
- Manage relationships with key logistics partners and 3PL providers across APAC
- Develop and deploy AI-driven logistics analytics platforms for predictive modeling
- Oversee compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives reducing delivery time by 25% annually
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions and natural disaster scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 10+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven track record optimizing multi-region distribution networks
- Expertise in SAP SCM, Oracle SCM Cloud, and TMS platforms
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics KPI optimization
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams across 3+ countries
