Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end logistics strategies for APAC distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse automation and route optimization projects
- Develop KPI dashboards monitoring delivery performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability metrics
- Negotiate contracts with 3PL providers and carriers across 15+ service partners
- Oversee customs compliance and regulatory adherence for 5 international borders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives reducing transit time by 25% annually
- Manage $15M logistics budget with quarterly variance analysis reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics management with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP EWM, Oracle SCM preferred)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Proven track record optimizing multimodal transportation networks in SEA region
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI and SQL
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
