Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs while improving delivery performance
- Analyze KPIs and data to identify optimization opportunities across the supply chain
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and key vendors
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute logistics projects and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in logistics/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven experience managing complex distribution networks and transportation systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS/TMS and ERP systems
- Certifications (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) highly valued
- Expert knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives
