Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery across APAC
- Develop and implement logistics technology roadmaps using AI-driven demand forecasting and IoT-enabled warehouse systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve 98%+ on-time delivery rates while optimizing transportation costs by 15-20%
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's customs regulations and international trade compliance standards
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction in transportation networks
- Manage vendor relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate service level agreements
- Lead digital transformation projects implementing SAP S/4HANA logistics modules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive logistics experience with 5+ years in management roles
- Proven track record optimizing international supply chains in APAC markets
- Expert knowledge of Singapore's logistics ecosystem and ASEAN trade regulations
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt required
- Advanced proficiency in logistics analytics tools and SAP S/4HANA modules
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multimillion-dollar logistics budgets
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (other ASEAN languages a plus)
