Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs while improving service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with global partners to ensure seamless operations
- Analyze KPIs and data to identify optimization opportunities across the supply chain
- Manage transportation networks, including air/sea freight and last-mile delivery
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive logistics experience in APAC markets
- Proven expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and supply chain optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Deep understanding of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and international trade laws
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-cultural teams
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CPIM, or CSCP highly valued
