Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing cost, speed, and sustainability across APAC markets
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehousing, transportation, and inventory management while maintaining 99.5% on-time delivery rates
- Drive digital transformation through IoT integration, predictive analytics, and blockchain-based traceability systems
- Manage strategic vendor relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure compliance and service excellence
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track logistics performance, reducing TAT by 15% annually
- Oversee cross-border compliance for 15+ countries, including ASEAN trade regulations and INCOTERMS 2020
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting waste reduction and carbon footprint optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business; MBA or relevant certifications (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- 10+ years progressive logistics experience with 5+ years in managerial roles within APAC markets
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP EWM, Oracle SCM) and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven track record optimizing multimodal transportation networks and reducing logistics costs by 20%+
- Deep knowledge of ASEAN trade regulations, customs procedures, and free trade agreements
- Strong negotiation skills with $10M+ vendor contract management experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent process improvement methodology expertise
