Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end logistics solutions across air, sea, and ground transportation networks
- Oversee inventory management systems achieving 99.5% accuracy and 30% reduction in stock discrepancies
- Lead customs compliance programs ensuring 100% adherence to ASEAN trade regulations
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and data analytics dashboards
- Manage $50M+ freight budgets with quarterly cost optimization reviews
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and natural disaster scenarios
- Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and distribution partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in logistics management with 5+ years in APAC markets
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering
- Certified in APICS-SCMP or CSCMP preferred
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP TM, Oracle Transportation Management)
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics data visualization
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for cross-border negotiations
- Experience managing customs brokerage and FTA applications
