Responsibilities
- Design and execute multimodal transportation networks reducing costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing WMS/TMS systems across 3+ facilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement lean methodologies
- Manage relationships with 50+ carrier partners and negotiate strategic contracts
- Develop disaster recovery plans ensuring 99.9% on-time delivery rates
- Oversee inventory control systems maintaining 98%+ accuracy across 500k+ SKUs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives reducing carbon footprint by 25%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years progressive logistics experience with 3+ years in leadership
- CPIM or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and warehouse automation
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by $1M+ annually
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics modeling software
