Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance
- Implement AI-driven logistics optimization strategies to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers across 15+ countries
- Lead continuous improvement projects achieving 99.5% on-time delivery rates
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
- Mentor junior logistics specialists through our structured leadership program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive logistics experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified in APICS CSCP or equivalent supply chain credentials
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS platforms
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics data modeling
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu preferred
