Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization and technology adoption
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive logistics experience in APAC region
- Proven expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and data-driven decision making
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing remote teams
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
