Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance
- Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with market trends and client requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals across procurement, inventory, and distribution
- Analyze KPIs to reduce operational costs by 15-20% annually
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive digital transformation through WMS/TMS implementation and data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics management with 3+ in leadership
- Proven expertise in APAC trade routes and customs regulations
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics optimization modeling
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional Asian languages a plus)
