Responsibilities
- Oversee regional supply chain operations including freight forwarding, inventory management, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with client KPIs and budget constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand
- Optimize distribution networks using AI-powered routing tools and predictive analytics
- Manage vendor relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate service-level agreements
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs protocols
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies and process automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 20% or more
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
