Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies reducing lead times by 30%
- Oversee international freight operations, customs compliance, and last-mile delivery networks
- Implement AI-driven inventory management systems achieving 99.5% stock accuracy
- Lead cross-functional teams in ERP system implementations (SAP preferred)
- Develop KPI dashboards tracking cost-to-serve, on-time delivery, and carbon footprint
- Negotiate multimillion-dollar contracts with 3PL providers and shipping carriers
- Drive sustainability initiatives including green logistics and circular economy models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive logistics experience with 3+ in managerial roles
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Expertise in international trade regulations (FTA, Incoterms 2020)
- Proven track record optimizing multi-modal transportation networks
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (Oracle, Manhattan Associates)
- Experience managing cross-border teams across APAC region
- Data analytics skills with SQL and Power BI
