Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean logistics strategies and reduce operational costs by 15%+
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with carriers, customs brokers, and 3PL providers
- Implement and optimize TMS/WMS systems for real-time visibility and predictive analytics
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs policies, and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven performance metrics
- Manage annual logistics budget of $5M+ with quarterly forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in APAC trade lanes, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP TM, Oracle SCM, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development and cost optimization
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CPLM, or CPIM) highly valued
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Malay advantageous
