- Optimize freight routing and carrier partnerships to achieve 98%+ on-time delivery rates
- Lead cross-functional teams including warehouse, transportation, and vendor management
- Deploy TMS/WMS technologies to automate processes and reduce operational costs by 15%+
- Develop KPI dashboards and present performance insights to C-suite stakeholders
- Drive sustainability initiatives through route optimization and alternative fuel adoption
- Manage multimodal transportation (rail, truck, air) for high-volume retail clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive logistics experience with 3+ in management roles
- Expertise in TMS/WMS implementation (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent designation
- Proven track record of reducing transportation costs by 20%+
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- OSHA/FMCSA compliance knowledge and DOT regulations expertise
