Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end logistics strategies optimizing transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing supply chain transformations using TMS/WMS platforms
- Analyze KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve delivery performance metrics
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers and carriers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety protocols
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
- Mentor junior staff and foster continuous improvement culture through Lean methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in TMS/WMS implementation (SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics optimization modeling
- Proven track record of reducing transportation costs by 15%+ while improving OTD rates
- Certified in SCPro, CPIM, or CSCP credentials highly regarded
- Experience managing cross-border logistics and customs compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
