Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs while improving delivery performance
- Lead digital transformation initiatives by deploying IoT, AI, and blockchain solutions
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and customs authorities
- Analyze KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Mentor logistics team members and foster a culture of operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software (TMS, WMS)
- Proven track record in optimizing international supply chains across APAC
- Certifications (CSCP, CLTD, CPIM) strongly preferred
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly valued
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and 3PL partnerships
