Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
- Optimize supply chain routes and negotiate carrier contracts to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Implement IoT and AI-driven warehouse management systems for real-time inventory control
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ logistics specialists and 3PL partners
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean customs regulations and international trade laws
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and port congestion scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ years in APAC markets
- Expert knowledge of Singapore's Changi Airport and Port of Singapore operations
- Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM, or CILT) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency for regional stakeholder management
