Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive logistics strategies across 3PL and 2PL operations
- Analyze KPIs to optimize transportation routes, inventory levels, and warehouse efficiency
- Lead digital transformation projects implementing WMS/TMS systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 15+ carriers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (FDA, CBP, IATA)
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor junior logistics professionals and foster team growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive logistics management experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics analytics tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation required
- Proven track record reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Experience managing international supply chains with customs compliance
- Strong data modeling and process optimization skills
