Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, freight forwarding, and customs clearance
- Develop and implement logistics optimization strategies to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Lead digital transformation initiatives using ERP/WMS systems like SAP and Oracle
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including carriers, 3PL providers, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and ISO standards
- Analyze KPIs and prepare executive reports on operational performance
- Mentor logistics team members and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in APAC trade routes and Singapore's port operations
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, TMS)
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma preferred
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin advantageous
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
