Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, from procurement to final delivery.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between warehousing, transportation, and inventory.
- Ensure strict compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Analyze shipping metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.
- Proficient in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CLM) is highly preferred.
