Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including inbound and outbound logistics.
- Utilize TMS and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track shipments and generate reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with third-party carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management (3-5 years minimum).
- Proficiency in transportation management systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Certification in APICS or similar is a plus.
