Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Analyze shipping data and trends to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and inventory records.
- Resolve complex logistics issues and provide exceptional customer support to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
