Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, freight coordination, and last-mile delivery
- Implement and maintain WMS/TMS systems to enhance operational visibility and efficiency
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements
- Coordinate with 3PL partners, carriers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and optimize transportation routes while maintaining compliance with DOT/FMC regulations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for logistics services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in 3PL or corporate logistics environment
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics KPI reporting and optimization
- Demonstrated success in managing transportation budgets and reducing freight costs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in crisis management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
