Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-modal transportation (sea, air, rail) across 15+ countries
- Optimize inventory management and warehouse operations
- Develop cost-effective routing strategies using TMS software
- Manage customs compliance and documentation for international shipments
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with freight forwarders and carriers
Qualifications
- 5+ years in international logistics or supply chain management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP or CPIM) preferred
- Fluent English; Dutch or additional European languages valuable
- Experience with lean logistics and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proven track record in reducing transportation costs by 15%+
