Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends, optimize routes, and reduce freight costs.
- Manage inventory levels and stock locations to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and carriers.
- Ensure accurate tracking of shipments and resolve logistical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License (Desirable).
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
