Responsibilities
- Coordinate multimodal shipments (road, rail, sea, air) across European corridors
- Implement cost-effective routing strategies using TMS platforms
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for cross-border freight
- Oversee carrier relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Analyze KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead incident resolution for transportation disruptions
- Mentor junior logistics team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- 5+ years in transportation coordination with EU exposure
- Proficiency in SAP TM or equivalent TMS software
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and EU customs regulations
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German beneficial
- Experience managing hazardous materials shipments
