Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-modal shipments (air/sea/land) with 3PL providers and carriers
- Optimize inventory levels through demand forecasting and JIT protocols
- Manage customs compliance documentation and duty calculations
- Implement warehouse management system (WMS) enhancements
- Analyze KPIs for on-time delivery and cost reduction targets
- Lead cross-functional projects for process automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years in logistics coordination with APAC exposure
- Proficiency in SAP TM or Oracle TMS platforms
- Certification in CSCP or CPIM preferred
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Experience with hazardous goods compliance (IATA/IMDG)
