Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years experience in international logistics operations
- Proficiency in SAP, TMS systems, and customs compliance software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Dutch; other European languages valued
- Certification in Lean Logistics or Six Sigma preferred
- Proven track record in optimizing multimodal transportation networks
