- Design and execute multi-modal transportation strategies reducing carbon footprint by 15%
- Manage vendor relationships with 3PLs and carriers across 50+ locations
- Analyze TMS data to optimize routing and reduce transit times
- Coordinate cross-border shipments NAFTA/USMCA compliance
- Implement AI-powered predictive analytics for demand forecasting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives reducing logistics costs
- Maintain ISO 14001 environmental standards in operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in transportation management systems (TMS)
- Expertise in NAFTA/USMCA customs regulations
- Proven track record in cost reduction initiatives (15%+ savings)
- Proficiency in SAP Transportation Management and Power BI
- CDL certification or equivalent industry credential
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ members
