Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand
- Optimize freight forwarding and customs clearance processes using TMS platforms
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective shipping solutions
- Analyze logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely distribution
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations (AEO, IATA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- 5+ years in logistics coordination with SEA exposure
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP TM or Oracle preferred)
- Certification in CSCP or CPIM highly desirable
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020 and customs procedures
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluent in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
