Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive, engaging, and effective e-learning curricula for diverse audiences using modern instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
- Storytelling & Engagement: Create compelling narratives and interactive content that drives learner retention and motivation.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), developers, and graphic designers to ensure content accuracy and visual fidelity.
- LMS Management: Configure and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless user experience for learners and administrators.
- Analytics & Optimization: Analyze learner performance data and feedback to iterate and optimize course content for maximum impact.
- Project Leadership: Lead the instructional design process from concept through final delivery, adhering to tight timelines and budgets.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of emerging EdTech trends, tools, and best practices to keep our solutions at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Media Studies, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or curriculum design.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- LMS Experience: Hands-on experience with major LMS platforms (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, Cornerstone, Docebo).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning content.
- Design Sense: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and visual hierarchy.
