Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and modules using industry-standard authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to distill complex information into clear, concise learning content.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner data to continuously improve training effectiveness and engagement metrics.
- Ensure all learning materials adhere to accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and brand standards.
- Mentor junior instructional designers and provide feedback on course development best practices.
- Stay current with emerging trends in EdTech, learning psychology, and instructional design methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Strong proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
- Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
