Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create comprehensive learning paths, storyboards, and interactive content for various learning management systems (LMS).
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough audience analysis and instructional needs assessments to identify gaps and prescribe solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with SMEs, developers, and graphic designers to translate technical concepts into accessible educational materials.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality training assets.
- Evaluation: Analyze training metrics and learner feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and ROI.
- Standardization: Develop and maintain internal design standards, templates, and best practices for the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or training and development.
- Tools: Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar; experience with HTML/CSS a plus.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design models.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Creativity: Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and user-centered design solutions.
