Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive learning pathways using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to translate business requirements into engaging educational content.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize the learner journey and improve course engagement metrics.
- Maintain and update existing learning management system (LMS) content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in EdTech, instructional theory, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or educational technology.
- Proven proficiency with SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in mobile-responsive and interactive e-learning development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
