Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences including e-learning modules, virtual workshops, and performance support tools
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex business requirements into learner-centered solutions
- Leverage learning analytics to iterate and optimize program effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional projects with UX designers, video producers, and LMS specialists
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices
- Present learning solutions to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Mentor junior designers and champion accessibility standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in instructional design or learning experience development
- Portfolio showcasing diverse learning solutions (SCORM, xAPI, VR/AR experiences)
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and cognitive psychology
- Experience with LMS implementation and learning analytics platforms
- Ability to translate business KPIs into learning objectives
- Exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills
