Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses with key stakeholders
- Create immersive VR/AR training experiences using Unity and WebXR
- Lead instructional design projects from conception through implementation and evaluation
- Develop performance metrics and analytics dashboards to measure learning ROI
- Mentor junior designers and establish best practices in learning experience design
- Stay current with emerging EdTech trends and integrate innovative pedagogical approaches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of experience designing corporate training solutions for adult learners
- Expertise in LMS administration (TalentLMS, Cornerstone) and authoring tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning transformation projects
- Certification in ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in learning data visualization
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage complex timelines
