What You'll Do
In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and product managers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality learning assets. You will utilize the latest e-learning trends to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
- Conduct needs analysis and instructional design research to create effective learning strategies and storyboards.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to translate technical and specialized content into engaging learner experiences.
- Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM, or Agile) to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and learning objectives.
- Maintain and update existing course libraries to reflect industry changes and product updates.
- Stay current with emerging e-learning technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design, specifically within the EdTech or corporate training sector.
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360; experience with LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
