We're seeking a visionary professional to develop engaging learning journeys that drive measurable outcomes. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, implement LMS platforms, and pioneer adaptive learning technologies. Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite
- Analyze performance data to optimize curriculum effectiveness and learner engagement
- Lead cross-functional projects with SMEs, UX designers, and video production teams
- Implement SCORM/xAPI compliant courses for enterprise learning management systems
- Create multimedia assets including interactive simulations, video storyboards, and gamification elements
- Conduct learning needs assessments and evaluate ROI of training initiatives
- Mentor junior designers and maintain industry best practices in instructional design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing corporate or higher education curricula
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and LMS administration
- Strong portfolio demonstrating learning interventions with measurable impact
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Certification in ADDIE/SAM models or similar instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools for learning analytics (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
