Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive eLearning courses and microlearning assets using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and define clear instructional objectives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), graphic designers, and developers to translate technical concepts into digestible content.
- Ensure all digital materials adhere to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and organizational compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end instructional design lifecycle (ADDIE model) from concept to final deployment.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning design framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or corporate training.
- Expert proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (Andragogy) and cognitive load principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
