Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences using modern authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into digestible microlearning modules
- Conduct learning needs assessments and performance gap analyses for enterprise clients
- Implement xAPI and LMS integrations to track and optimize learning impact
- Lead design sprints with cross-functional teams (developers, graphic designers, project managers)
- Create storyboards and interactive prototypes for stakeholder validation
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and pedagogical frameworks
- Mentor junior designers through our structured growth program
Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructional design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise-level projects
- Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and video editing software
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD, or equivalent)
- Experience with learning analytics platforms and data-driven design methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced client environments
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and cognitive science principles
- Excellent visual design sensibility with knowledge of UX/UI best practices
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
