Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences using modern authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analysis for corporate clients
- Create comprehensive instructional materials including e-learning modules, simulations, and assessment tools
- Analyze learning metrics to optimize course effectiveness and user engagement
- Lead cross-functional workshops with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate or higher education programs
- Expertise in ADDIE/SAM instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas) and authoring software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable learning outcomes
- Certification (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
